Is the only Leicestershire based company of its kind using many years of experience to provide its customers with the best possible service.covering Leicester, Northampton, Nottingham and within 100 miles radius with work ranging from small domestic builds to large commercial sites, with rigs from air driven hammers, drop hammer, mini auger rigs and also CFA rigs we are capable of completing most projects. Our team will confidently implement each stage of your foundation from the design process right through to the end product whatever the piling system. So you can concentrate on the rest of your project with peace of mind that the build is sat upon the sturdiest base at the best possible price.

Midland mini piling is a Established piling contractor based in Leicestershire owned and operated by Mark Smith
The Company was set up with the intention of serving local builders. With over 10 years experience in the Piling industry and 35 years in the building industry, the company is ideally equipped to provide a foundation and piling service for small to medium and large sized building contractors.
We have continued to develop the company with the acquisition of other piling equipment, an in-house structural engineer, and their own steel-work fabrication service.
The growth of the company has necessitated the move to a 10,000 sq.ft. warehouse and office building at 21-21a Highmeres Road, Thurmaston Leicester.
